Synopsis of Booster Juice

The concept of Booster Juice was born when two university students met at a school in Oregon and began discussing trends in the business world. At the time, juice and smoothie bars were growing rapidly in the Unites States. They recognised the prospect of bringing the idea to Canada. Subsequently, the first Booster Juice store was opened in Edmonton in 1999.

Booster Juice sells natural juices, blended as you want it and when you want it. Would you prefer natural fruit juices over the high-sugar, high-fat beverages, i.e., booster juice or Coca-Cola? Recent trend shows that Canadians have become very health conscious.

Ideally, Booster Juices and smoothies are not only great thirst quenchers but also can be used as power breakfasts, workout snacks, and meal replacements. So thinking of something to boost you up for a long day at Sheridan? Think booster juice! Still thinking? Come and join me, let’s head over to this great company and have a great tasting smoothie. In my next blog post, I will tell you about my experience at Booster Juice.

Also, those who want to share their experience(s) and think booster juice is fabulous, your comments are welcomed.

Did you know that Canadian Dale Wishewan and American Jon Amack are the co-founders of Booster Juice?

  1. These days, all the stores are loaded with so many kinds of juices. Yes! definitely booster juices are great. In such fast and hectic lives, we don't eat or drink healthy. What really concerned me is that most of the juices for children are just loaded with sugar and artificial flavors. It is very important to read the labels before buying juices. It is important to have a proper diet in order for the body to function properly and the best would be to eat and drink fresh fruits and vegetable juices.

    1. Absolutely, but we have to think about the harm that it causes to our body and overall health. It's good to know that we have variety to choose from considering that we have come a long way. However, more choices doesn't mean healtier choices, and that's what we have to skeptical about. It's essential to read the labels; choose the ones that are high in vitamins epecially vitamin C, D, B, and so on.

  2. Booster juice is promoting healthier smoothies with fresh fruits. This is a good source of essential vitamins in a fast, easy and enjoyable way to consume. Booster juice is doing an excellent job promoting their product to the mature more health conscious clientele. I think Booster juice should try to appeal more to kids and younger adults to start promoting a healthier lifestyle at a younger age.

    1. Yes they are promoting healthier drinks targeted specifically to health concious individuals, athletes, bodybuilders, and so on. They actually have over three dozens varieties of beverages on their menu. Isn't that fantastic, when you have a variety to choose from and you know it's all healthy stuff?
